The LPGA Tour returns this week at the Standard Portland Classic. After a week off after the AIG Women’s Open, the tour moves into a three-week stretch that includes the northern United States and Canada. This week’s tournament will be held at Columbia Edgewater Country Club in Portland, Oregon.

Columbia Edgewater Country Club is a par 72 playing 6,497 yards. Last year’s winner, Moriya Jutanugarn, shot a final round 66 to beat Angel Yin, Narin Yan and Nataliya Guseva by two strokes. With her win, Jutanugarn earned $262,500 in prize money.

The Standard Portland Classic is the longest-running tournament on the LPGA Tour outside of the major championships. This is the 53rd iteration of the tournament and the 35th time Columbia Edgewater Country Club is hosting the event.

Who to Watch at the Standard Portland Classic

Epson Tour rookie and 2024 Women’s Amateur champion, Melanie Green, is making her first career start on the LPGA Tour this week. Green earned her place in the field after shooting a 64 (-8) in the Monday qualifier. Green will be a member of the tour for the 2026 season after her performance in the Epson Tour’s Race for the Card.

Angel Yin is the highest-ranked golfer in the field this week. The number seven-ranked golfer in the world is searching for her second win of the season after her victory at the Honda LPGA Thailand in February. Before her finish of T40 at the AIG Women’s Open, Yin placed in the top ten in three consecutive starts.
