Rory McIlroy and Cameron Young share the lead after 54 holes at 11-under. Sam Burns sits at 10-under and Shane Lowry is at 9-under.

Young shot a 7-under-65 for his lowest career round at The Masters and tied for the low round of the day with Scottie Scheffler. He is looking for his first career major championship and third career PGA Tour win. He would be the third consecutive player to win the Players Championship and Masters Tournament in the same year, joining McIlroy (2025) and Scheffler (2026). Young owns top-5 finishes in every major but The Masters, with his best finish at Augusta National being T7 in 2023.

McIlroy started the day with a 6-shot lead, but his 1-over-73 left him in a tie for first. A bogey on the first hole and his birdie on the third hole kept him at 12-under. He made his second birdie of his round on the 10th hole to give himself a three-shot lead. But his approach shot on the 11th went into water and led to a double bogey. He added another bogey on the 12th hole before making back-to-back birdies on the 14th and 15th. One last bogey on the 17th hole dropped him into a tie with Young. McIlroy is looking to become the first back-to-back Masters Champion since Tiger Woods in 2001 and 2002.

Burns is looking for his first career major championship while trailing the leaders by one shot heading into the final round. His highest career major finish was in last year’s 2025 U.S. Open when he finished T7.

Lowry made a hole-in-one on the 6th hole to become the only person in their Masters career to have multiple hole-in-ones (2016). He is two shots behind the leaders and looking to win his second career major championship (2019 Open Championship).

Co-leaders Young and McIlroy will be in the final group teeing off at 2:25pm ET tomorrow.

Coverage resumes tomorrow from 12:00pm to 7:00pm ET on Masters.com and the Masters App and from 2:00pm to 7:00pm ET on CBS.
