The Cadillac Championship is a new addition to the PGA Tour this year. The event is being played at Trump National Doral’s Blue Monster Course, a veteran venue for the tour.
This golf course has held several PGA Tour events in the past. The Doral Open was played from 1962 to 2006, and the WGC-Cadillac Championship from 2007 to 2016. This event is the first of back-to-back Signature Events before the second major of the year.
About Trump National Doral Blue Monster
The Blue Monster course plays 7,739 yards as a par 72. The Cadillac Championship will be the 56th playing of a PGA Tour event on the Blue Monster course. In 2014, Gil Hanse renovated the course to update the hazards and put in new bunkers, tees and greens. J.B. Holmes shot the course record of 62 (-8).
Who to Watch at the 2026 Cadillac Championship
The field includes seven of the top-10 players in the Official World Golf Rankings. We predict Cameron Young will pick up his second win of the season. On a course that will require precision and distance, Young will be up for the challenge. He’s made the cut in all eight of his starts, which has led him to four top-10s and a win at The Players.
