Helen Briem was on a different level this week, winning the 2026 Jabra Ladies Open by seven shots.

After starting the final round with a three-shot lead over Sara Byrne, Dorthea Forbrigd and Laura Fuenfstueck, she gave the field no chance to take the lead. Briem made a birdie on the par-5 7th to shoot a front nine of 34 (-1). She added three more birdies on the back nine, shooting a bogey-free round of 67 (-4) to win her first tournament since the 2024 La Sella Open.

Briem has played well since her win in 2024, finishing as the runner-up three times last season. Although she has only played in four tournaments this season, she has made the cut in three of them; her previous top finish was 12th. Briem was relieved after her dominant victory.

“It’s been a long time. I came close a couple of times, didn’t make it, but it’s a great venue to get my second win,” she said.

With her win, Briem earned €67,500 in prize money and 500 points towards the Ladies European Tour’s Order of Merit.

Shannon Tan, Lydia Hall and Byrne all finished tied for second place.

The Ladies European Tour will not have a tournament until June 19-21, 2026, at the Dutch Ladies Open. Many players on the Ladies European Tour, such as Casandra Alexander and Anna Huang, will be in action at the U.S. Women’s Open next week at Riviera Country Club.
