Meja Ortengren became the second amateur to win on the Ladies European Tour this season. Her final round of 70 (-1) led her to a two-stroke victory over Lisa Pettersson and Leonie Harm.
Ortengren started her round tied for the lead with German Leonie Harm at 5-under. Pettersson, Momoka Kobori, Nastasia Nadaud and Darcey Harry were tied for third at 3-under. Ortengren shot a front nine of 34 (-3). Although Harm made two birdies on her front nine, they were offset by two bogeys. A back nine of 35 (+1) ended her tournament at 4-under. Ortengren made mistakes on the back nine with two bogeys and a double, but her lead was too extensive.

Ortengren, a sophomore at Stanford University, has had a successful amateur career so far. She was named the Atlantic Coast Conference Freshman of the Year and made the final of the 2025 NCAA Division 1 Women’s Golf Championship. She joins Lottie Woad as the only amateurs to win on the Ladies European Tour this season.
Ortengren will not earn any prize money as a result of her win due to her amateur status. Pettersson and Harm will take home €36,000 for their performance in the competition.
The Ladies European Tour will continue at the Aramco Houston Championship in the United States. Germany’s Alexandra Forsterling will look to defend her title after her victory last year.
