Grant Forrest shot a final round of 72 (E) to win by four shots at the 2025 Nexo Championship. This is his second career win on the DP World Tour.
Forrest started his final round at 8-under with a three-shot lead over Kristoffer Reitan, Todd Clements and Daan Huizung. He extended his lead to seven shots after ten holes. Even a bogey on the 12th hole and a double bogey on the 18th did nothing to slow Forrest down, as he advanced to his first win since the 2021 Hero Open.
With this win, Forrest earned €401,607.28 in prize money and 585 points in the DP World Tour’s season-long competition Race to Dubai. He moved up 85 places from 113th to 28th place in the standings.
The DP World Tour will resume next week at the Danish Golf Championship in Copenhagen, Denmark. Frederic Lacroix will look to defend his title after his victory at Lubker Golf Resort last year.
