Next stop for players on the Epson Tour is Avon, Conn. – west of Hartford – for the 2026 Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship presented by Munich Re. Directly following the Greater Toledo Classic with Annabelle Pancake-Webb topping the leaderboard, this week’s tournament will take place July 23-26, 2026.
Previously held at Great River Golf Club in Milford, Conn. for the past three years, this will be the first time the championship has taken place at The Golf Club of Avon. The Par 71 course, lush with trees and smooth fairways, is set to see players battling it out in New England.
Contenders face a sizable $250,000 purse, with $37,500 and 500 Race for the Card points for the winner. Last year’s champion, Gina Kim, has since found success on the LPGA Tour, recently winning the Dow Championship with teammate Yana Wilson, and will not be returning to defend her title.

Currently sitting at No. 67 in the Race for the Card, Iacobelli has climbed in the ranks after a T8 finish at the Greater Toledo Classic.
Her recent triumphs come after a streak of leaderboard finishes since the Great Lakes Championship at the Highlands in June, where she placed T50. Since then, Iacobelli finished T24 at the Island Resort Championship and T15 at the Four Winds Invitational, a welcome reprieve after facing several cuts earlier this year. This series of progressively high finishes has certainly put Iacobelli on the radar for this weekend.
Mariel Galdiano: On the Hunt for First Epson Tour Win

Amari Avery: Previous Leader Hoping to Make a Comeback
On April 26, 2026, Amari Avery found herself launched to the No. 1 spot in the Race for the Card standings with her win at the IOA Championship, making history as one of the fewBlack women to win in tour history. Before the monumental victory, Avery was sitting at No. 22 in the rankings. The recent University of Southern California alum turned pro in 2024, and at just 22, has already made an impression on tour.
Since then, Avery has had other top-tier finishes including 2nd place with a 10-under 68 in Scottsdale at the Carlisle Women’s Golf Classic just one week after she secured her massive victory. The California native stayed steady in the following tournaments, continuing to make the cut and landed T3 at the Great Lakes Championship at the Highlands. However, she has dropped in the Race for the Card rankings to No. 6 after missing the cut at the Greater Toledo Classic last week and missing opportunities to play on the Epson Tour for exemptions into LPGA Tour events. No stranger to the Epson Tour, this weekend’s sponsor invite is Maisie Filler, a University of Florida alum who played in the 2025 IOA Championship thanks to a coveted Epson Tour exemption. Filler had a successful collegiate career racking up multiple honors and bringing home three first-place finishes, most recently at the Moon Golf Invitational in 2024.
The Connecticut local may have a homefield advantage heading into this week, as she grew up around 15 minutes away in Bloomfield, Conn., with similar courses and knows her way around the dense fairways and greens.
