The Ladies European Tour concludes its Asian swing at the 2026 Aramco China Championship. The tournament will be held at Mission Hills China in Shenzhen. The LET and China LPGA Tour are co-sanctioning this week’s tournament, which features 108 players, including 26 from the CLPGA. This is the penultimate event on the LET schedule.

Last year’s winner Ruixin Liu is in the field this week to defend her title at her home course.

Mission Hills China is a par 73 playing 6,583 yards. The complex was founded in 1992 by a group led by Dr. David Chu. The purse for the 2026 Aramco China Championship is $2 million USD.

Who to Watch at the 2026 Aramco China Championship

Casandra Alexander is in the field a week after winning the Wistron Ladies Open and the LET Order of Merit. Alexander has been the best player on the LET this season with three wins and five runner-up finishes. She is one of the favorites in a strong field.

Last year’s winner Liu has only played in two events on the Ladies European Tour this season due to a shoulder injury. Her best finish was seventh at the Aramco Korea Championship in October.

“I have been managing some injury issues this season, particularly with my shoulder, so I am keeping my expectations balanced. However, I’m in a very positive mindset and looking forward to competing. My goal is to carry the great memories and momentum from last year into this week’s Aramco China Championship,” she said.

Although it’s a new season for Liu, playing her home course with her father on the bag will bring a sense of familiarity this week.

“Returning here is definitely special for my professional career. Last year was my first win at Mission Hills, and being back in Guangdong means a lot. This is essentially my final stop of the season, so I hope to finish on a high note,” said Liu.

Danielle Kang is in the field this week, opting to play in the Aramco China Championship over the Toto Japan Classic on the LPGA Tour. Kang has six career wins on the LPGA Tour, with her most recent one taking place at the 2022 Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions. Kang also won a major championship at the 2017 KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.
