Anna Huang defeated Charley Hull in a back-and-forth final round Sunday to win the 2026 PIF London Championship and become the youngest four-time winner on the Ladies European Tour at 17 years old.
After a bogey-free round of 8-under 65, Huang entered the final round with a three-shot lead over Hull. The next closest competitor was Aine Donegan, who started the final round eight shots behind Huang. Hull picked up one shot on the front nine when Huang bogeyed the par-5 9th.
Hull made her move starting at the 13th, birdieing three of four holes to take the lead, only to give it back after a stunning four-putt double bogey on the par-3 17th. Huang then eagled the par-5 18th for the fourth time on the week to seal her second win this season and fourth in 11 months.
And she couldn’t believe the result from her duel with the world No. 6.
“That was probably the most thrilling round of golf of my life. That was crazy. I have no words. I’m just so shocked,” Huang said. “I knew coming down three tough holes was not easy, and I tried to focus on each shot because anything can happen in golf, and I stayed in my own lane.”
With her win, Huang received $259,905 and 500 points in the LET’s Order of Merit. She moved into second place in the rankings behind South Africa’s Casandra Alexander.
Hull finished runner-up for the first time on the Ladies European Tour this season. She won the PIF Saudi Ladies International in her other LET start this year.
Shannon Tan finished third after a stellar final round of 9-under 64, which included two eagles.
The LET continues next week at the VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open at Migros Golfpark Holzhäusern from Aug. 13-15.
