Steven Fisk defeated Taylor Pendrith on the third playoff hole of the 2026 ISCO Championship for his second career PGA Tour victory. Fisk’s other win came at the 2025 Sanderson Farms Championship last October.
This was the seventh time this season that a tournament was decided in a playoff. However, this was Fisk and Pendrith’s first time in a playoff. With Fisk winning, he snapped the streak of five straight first-time PGA Tour winners at the ISCO Championship.
Fisk started the day two strokes behind 54-hole leader Lucas Glover. A former major champion, Glover struggled during the final round and shot a 71 (+1) to finish T5.
Pendrith set the clubhouse lead after a final round 65 (-5). Fisk matched Pendrith at 16-under after making his fourth birdie of his round on hole 15.
The two players traded pars on the first two playoff holes. Fisk made par on the third playoff hole while Pendrith carded a bogey.
With this win, Fisk earned 300 FedExCup points to move from No. 99 to No. 61 in the standings. With only four events remaining in the regular season, he knows the importance of what that jump means for his playoff chances.
“To get 300 points, I think that’s more points than I had the rest of the season combined. Try and keep some momentum, get in the Playoffs, see if Jay and I can make a nice run going to the Playoffs.”
The 154th Open Championship at Royal Birkdale and the Corales Puntacana Championship are the two events co-sanctioned by the PGA Tour and DP World Tour next week. Scottie Scheffler won the 2025 Open Championship and Garrick Higgo won the 2025 Corales Puntacana Championship after Joel Dahmen bogeyed the final three holes.
