Tom Kim shot a final round 64 (-6) to win the 2026 Genesis Scottish Open. He defeated Min Woo Lee by two strokes to earn his fourth career PGA Tour victory.

The 24-year-old from South Korea has not won since the 2023 Shriners Children’s Open. Starting the final round one stroke back, Kim shot a bogey-free final round to outlast his competitors. He has played the Genesis Scottish Open five times and has never finished outside the top-20.

Kim took a two-shot lead after making a birdie on the 16th hole. His approach shot from 203 yards rolled to six feet for the clinching blow. Kim had this to say about that approach shot on the 16th hole: “That second shot might be one of the best shots I’ve hit in my career so far.”

With the win, Kim joined Rory McIlroy, Sergio Garcia, Adam Scott and Hideki Matsuyama as the only players from outside the U.S. to have won four or more times before the age of 25. He is also now tied with Si Woo Kim for the second most wins on the PGA Tour by a South Korean golfer (the most being K.J. Choi’s 8 wins).

Johnny Keefer (T3), Michael Thorbjornsen (T7) and Victor Perez (T9) secured their spots in next week’s Open Championship after their top-10 finishes.

The 154th Open Championship at Royal Birkdale and the Corales Puntacana Championship are the two events co-sanctioned by the PGA Tour and DP World Tour being played next week. Scottie Scheffler won the 2025 Open Championship and will look to bounce back after missing the cut at this week’s for the first time in 78 events (since 2022!). Garrick Higgo won the 2025 Corales Puntacana Championship after Joel Dahmen bogeyed the final three holes.
