The Draw: The LPGA Rivalry We Need and the PGA Championship

The Draw is a golf tour news podcast by Fairway to Green writers Nathan Rarick and Brian Koefoot.

In this episode of The Draw, hosts Nathan and Brian recap a busy golf week. Jeeno Thitikul won the Mizuho Americas Open for the second year in a row, fueling a season-long LPGA rivalry with Nelly Korda, who has three wins and three runner-ups in six starts. Amateur Aphrodite Deng won the AJGA portion of the event for a second straight year and is now No. 2 in the Rolex AJGA rankings.

On the PGA Tour, Brandt Snedeker won the ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic for his 10th career title and first since 2018, while Kristoffer Reitan won the Truist Championship at Quail Hollow Club for his first PGA Tour win.

In the DP World Tour stop in Spain, Yurav Premlall won the Estrella Damm Catalunya Championship by an impressive 14 strokes.

Coming up this week, we have the Ladies European Tour’s Amundi German Masters, the LPGA Tour’s Kroger Queen City Championship and, of course, the 2026 PGA Championship at Aronimink. The hosts go on to give their picks for each event.
