The LPGA Tour plays its final event before the Solheim Cup this week at the 2026 FM Championship. This is the third edition of the FM Championship, which has been held at TPC Boston every year.

Last year’s winner, Miranda Wang, is not in the field to defend her title.

TPC Boston is a par-72 playing 6,533 yards. The golf course was designed by Arnold Palmer, Gil Hanse and Brad Faxon and opened in 2002. Along with the FM Championship, TPC Boston hosted the Deutsche Bank Championship from 2003 to 2016.

The purse for the FM Championship is $4.4 million, with the winner receiving $660,000.

Who to Watch at the 2026 FM Championship

The field for the FM Championship will have 23 of the top 25 players in the Rolex Rankings, with 13 of the 14 champions on the LPGA Tour this season.

Haeran Ryu, the 2024 FM Championship winner, is in the field this week in her second start since the AIG Women’s Open. Ryu has been selective in her appearances this season, starting in four tournaments since May. She is looking for her first non-major championship victory of the season.

After her record-breaking win at the CPKC Women’s Open, Miyu Yamashita is in the field this week. She has finished inside of the top 12 five out of her last six starts. Expect a good performance from the 2025 LPGA Rookie of the Year.

Two talented Canadians, Anna Huang and Aphrodite Deng, are in the field after their top-10 finishes at the CPKC Women’s Canadian Open. The 17-year-old Huang is a four-time winner on the Ladies European Tour. The 16-year-old amateur Deng won the AJGA Mizuho Americas Open the past two years. The two exciting players will have the opportunity to play with the best in the world again.
