Rookie Mirabel Ting won the Dream First Bank Charity Classic on Sunday, three weeks after winning the Smoky Mountain Championship on Aug. 8.
Ting finished at 14-under, three shots ahead of Dorsey Addicks. With the victory, the Florida State alum became the first on tour to win twice this season.
Ting moved into the top spot in the Epson Tour Race for the Card, and the question now becomes whether she will stay in first with three events remaining.
Born in Miri, Malaysia, the 20-year-old began her career with several golf tournaments in her home country. She was the 2024 Malaysia Games champion and competed in the 2019 and 2022 Malaysian Amateur Open. Ting was a member of the victorious 2025 Arnold Palmer Cup International Team, where she earned three points in four matches.
The former Seminole has eight top-10 finishes this season, placing second in the Hartford HealthCare Women’s Championship along with her two wins.
Addicks had her best final round of the season with a 6-under 66 and ended with the best finish of her career.
Megha Ganne, who won last week’s Wildhorse Ladies Golf Classic, finished T3. She is looking forward to the one-week break before the last few tournaments of the season.
“I think it’s more important just like from an emotional, mental standpoint, to feel good again and feel excited again to play another tournament,” Ganne said. “Sometimes you can feel like you’re stuck in this loop. So I’m just going to work on building up that excitement for that final stretch.”
The next Epson Tour tournament is the Guardian Championship in Prattville, Ala., Sept. 11-13.
