We’re looking for a three-peat and a LET Order of Merit winner at the Aramco Korea Championship this week. The Ladies European Tour plays its first of four tournaments in Asia this week at the Aramco Korea Championship. The tournament will be played at New Korea Country Club in Seoul.

Hyo Joo Kim is the defending champion after winning the Aramco Korea Championship in 2024 and 2025.

New Korea Country Club is a par 72 playing 6,458 yards. The tournament this week is the traditional 72-hole format. The purse for the 2026 Aramco Korea Championship is $2,000,000 USD.

Who to Watch at the 2026 Aramco Korea Championship

With the LPGA Tour having the week off, players such as Hyo Joo Kim and Miyu Yamashita are staying sharp by playing in the LET tournament this week.

Kim is looking to win the Aramco Korea Championship for the third year in a row. Kim has played well on the LPGA Tour this season with wins at the Fortinet Founders Cup and Ford Championship presented by Wild Horse Pass. She also has finished as the runner-up at the Dow Championship and FM Championship. Expect her to play well in her national open.

Casandra Alexander is looking to build on her 1,288.28-point lead for the LET’s Order of Merit. Alexander has elevated her already exceptional game the past few weeks with wins at the KPMG Women’s Irish Open and Buccellati Ladies Italian Open. She also has nine other top 10 finishes this season. Alexander says she isn’t always in a position to win.

“I’ve had a lot of top finishes, and a lot of people have probably thought I’ve been in the final groups and been in contention,” said Alexander. “I’m always coming from behind and shooting nine or ten-under and finishing in the top five that way. That’s how most of my top five and top 10 finishes have come, so I haven’t been in the final group as much as you might think.”

With her strong play this season, she is in a position to win the Order of Merit title before the season’s final tournament in Spain. Alexander will pursue her LPGA Tour card through the LPGA’s Q-Series in November.
